    Radio was not compatible with 2024 Honda HRV

    I’m afraid I can’t review this. Sadly, I discovered on the day of installation that there is no fit for any radio for the 2024 Jonda HRV. Best Buy ordered the HRV fit from 2018, which no longer works. So I’m stuck with the factory installed radio, with no HD radio, and no satellite radio. Unhappy about how this came together

      I am sorry to hear the radio does not fit your vehicle.

    Microphone is garbage

    Head unit works well but includes microphone is almost worthless. Any background noise prevents Siri from working or anyone on a phone call from understanding you.

    It wasn’t the equipment problem. It was that I spent $600 on the stereo and Best Buy refused to install it. The reason I know this is because they cancel my appointment every time. Best Buy should not advertise installation and gives you a false sense.

    Worst experience with the install. Had to go to San Pablo (40 minutes away) just to find they couldn’t complete the job. I returned everything and went elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with Best Buy installations!

    Problems with installation.

    Installation of car audio seemed good but after leaving we noticed that the indicator lights for the cars turn signals were not working. We call and left a message for the techs but didn’t receive a return call

    If it wasn’t for a glitch I would give it a 5 out of 5. However, randomly it will go to the contacts page and you will click out of it, and will go right back to the contacts page. So you can’t do anything. As well as when that happens the steering wheel controls stop working. Some days are fine some days you can’t use it.

    Never installed / No install kits available

    This is not a review on the actual unit because we couldn't receive all of the kits needed to install it in my car. Had to go to a car stereo specialist where I had to order a completely different stereo with install which ended costing about $500 more than what I would have received from Best Buy if they were able to obtain the necessary kits for installation

    Don't buy!!! Pioneer has never given it an update to the firmware EVER! They don't stand by there product, it doesn't work with 2 android 12 os phones - it only stays connected for 1 minute max then you need to reboot the headunit, buy Kenwood, i wish I had because now I have a $300+ paperweight that can't even weigh down papers

    They shipped it to my house and the box was all damaged and on top of that they left it in front of my door where everyone can see it was a radio because they didn’t put it in a shipping box even though we had a note to put packages inside the door. Plus the radio is so hard to wire up barely any instructions

    Radio works fine except when connected to apple car play, the radio will shut off and restart over and over again only when connected to carplay.

    The blue 12v remote wire for the amp doesn’t work , it was an open box , the wires were cut short and no owners manual Even being discounted I don’t think it was a good buy

    Doesn't really work with newer Android apps even after updating the unit. The interface is too buggy to be a reliable car receiver. I've almost hit 2 people because android auto disconnects while driving.
