Good sound, easy enough to use, and lots of great features.It is almost perfect for me. My only negative is my own fault, because I didn't read the descriptions and comments well enough, or understand what I was looking for well enough, to know I wanted the Apple Car Play to function wirelessly. Now I have to plug my phone in to the wire every time I go anywhere. Not the worse thing in the world, but I definitely would have preferred to have that not be the case, and would have paid the extra price for the model that does have that ability.

To many buttons and sub buttons. They could have made it simpler. HD for FM or Am stupid, i had to ask the installer where was fm. Had to go back to best buys, to get the map to talk, the controls were hidden, you have to hold the display till the voice controls pop up, why hide it. Even the installer had to look it up to find it,’ thete making it to hard to find anything on the head unit, considering its in a car, controls should be simple to use! Sub controls are annoying, make it simple not hard to get around the radio. I spent over an hour tring to figure out the controls. Still fund it hard returning to places i want like Sirius or other apps, i push the buttons it dont take you bsck to the same place cause the buttons do two different things, maybe others like it but i hate it. Just make the controls simpler. The remote is useless it dont help. Why have a display off on the main buttons, instead of radio off and it shoube in the top not second from the top, how they designed this is stupid, like they over engineered it to make it cool.

Did the physical install myself, but had to have the experts at the BB auto install shop create the wiring harness. Works well so far, though the digital controls are a bit sensitive. I'm sure I'll get used to it though.

I have Bose as factory speakers and this radio really highlights the performance of these speakers. Chuck and Dakya did an amazing job re-installing my product after a mishap at a different store... 100% satisfied.

Irritating issue without the connection dropping and restarting occasionally, the backup camera guidelines do not display unless you tap the button, no way to make it default. A simple feature like outside temperature being displayed would be nice. My guess is there are better units for the same price.

The connection should not drop, unless you have bad cell service or an issue with the cable. Try replacing the cable you are using to connect the phone.
