About a month ago started to get a issue with the screen turning white or it will freeze up on the end NEX loading screen. It will not go to the next stage and it will not play music at all. Told Best buy about the issue they gave me the runaround they wouldn't even take a look at the at the radio. I will never buy a pioneer product ever again nor by anything from Best buy.. I had a horrible experience and I'm stuck with a pioneer radio that does not work...

Didn’t last longer than I expected

Until now, it’s a complete dud since it started to malfunction. This resulted with the screen being white, turning on, and off randomly. I feel like there are better options out there if you’re in the market for a new car stereo.

I was pretty confident about my purchase and when I got it I had it installed. Shortly after the deck started to experience Bluetooth loss. The same effect when you get too far from your Bluetooth speaker. Happened several times after and I decided to invest in a different brand. I purchased the Kenwood deck from Best Buy last month and I enjoy it. Thank you.

Unit stared rebooting randomly about a year after purchase, then died completely after 18 months (see photo). I went to Geek Squad and the best they could offer was to send it to Pioneer for repair, since I didn’t have the protection plan. I decided to buy a similar Sony model, instead of opting for repair since repairs would cost ME money (I was not going to let Pioneer waste my money twice). I was HAD, because I remember Pioneer being a good brand in the 80s and 90s. Stay away from this product. Read the one star reviews. I don’t think they are a dependable brand anymore.
