    Purchased and had installed at Best Buy. Radio worked while driving home. Wanted to set up all the features, USB does not recognize any connection(android or apple). Most of the apps have no functionality. Can not change blue tooth, can not reset to factory settings, no USB, apple play and android auto do not work. Tried many different cables. Settings cant be changed. Brand new unit just installed. Customer service little to no help, can not contact install because no one will answer the phone. Finally got through and they have scheduled another service appointment to troubleshoot. After reading other reviews, i might just tell them to put my old radio back in. Im missing work for 2 days (1 for install and 1 for "troubleshoot") why did they not test everything when installed? The fit is not the best either...it has gaps around the edges. I am not happy with this process at this time.

    How Best Buy is still selling this JUNK unit is absolutely baffling and beyond me. Look at all the reviews, all white screened. There should be a class action lawsuit against pioneer for selling this unit, they know its defective. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will go out within a year of you buying it!!!!!!!!
