The unit starts up and connects to Apple play fast. Everything works as is should! The only problem is now I want to upgrade my entire system and add a sub!

Love the touchscreen and the ApplePlay. Had a Pioneer backup camera installed at the same time. Fantastic upgrade to our 2005 Honda Pilot.

I love the carplay feature, and the connectivity for bluetooth is nice when i'm just hopping in for a quick drive around the neighborhood with kids. The UI is my favorite part.

HORRIBLE

Pioneer added a year to the warranty because of the issues. Unfortunately for me, its past the 2 year mark and they will not fix it. Not a best buy issue but a radio, pioneer issue. DO NOT BUY THIS RADIO

Sadly Disappointed

Now 18 mos. later, the navigation stopped working. I went back to my local Best Buy and they no longer have installers to assist with this issue. I was given the choice of driving 2 hrs and 45 mins away in one direction, or drive more than hour away in another direction for assistance. DO NOT bother. It's not worth the hassle.

Unfortunately we cannot help with the removal of the unit. Since you do not have a Best Buy near you, you might try local stereo shops.
If you bought an extended warranty with Best Buy, to cover the removal, contact Best Buy at 888-287-7658. They will try to assist you with the problem.
