Dept was my main concern because of the window regulartor. Pioneer did an excellent job designing these peakers. The sound quality is amazing, I was not expecting them to sound better than the JBL that come from factory.

Amazing sound for great price

That super tweeter these havw scream out the sound and brought them to life. I have 4 of them now in the back in boxes mounted to top of my subs being pushed by 5 channel Hifonix Zeus Amp. They handle it well. These were made to have the volume cranked.

Always worry about magnet depth. Sounds excellent with factory head unit and matching Pioneer 6 1/2 rear door speakers.

In the old days pioneer was top notch, these deliver good performance for the price and a Good frequency range. They aren’t bowers and Wilkens , but are complimentary with the right balancing of a EQ and amplifier to deliver the right power to them. I gave them 5, but without an equalizer to adjust harmonic throughput they Sound like a drunk fat bald guy hitting on you at the bar: horn-ee
