Does the work. The Bluetooth connection is buggy. disconnects and not easy to connect again.

My rating is only 3 stars due to the fact that I dislike Apple maps and prefer Google maps. However it would not recognize Google.

So...I bought this product to update my radio in my car thinking awww snap I get to use android Auto on my radio...WRONG!!! it only worked once then never again so I only use the navigation through bluetooth. if you are riding around with your windows open on a reletively warm day the unt will get extremely hot and if you trmove your face the carrage that holds it will not go back into the normal flushed position, Now today may have been the last straw as I placed the face in the desk and found out that none of the touchscreen functions worked to skip a song or change the source even I was unable to remove the face from the deck (as I do all of the time) so bsically the face is stuck in the deck and cannot be removed. I'm ready for it to be taken out and get a different deck. oh I forgot to mention all of this happened within less than a year of owning this product.

I bought this in 2018 and now in 2020, it has stopped working. Screen will not come on after Startup screen promps. Took it into best buy, and long story short I have to remove the receiver out of the vehicle, and send into Pionner for them to fix it as its an internal SD card that needs to be replaced. Not only do I have to pay to have it removed I also have to pay almost $300 to fix this issue! Ridiculous. Pioneer should just replace their faulty products after the customer has spent/invested their hard-earned money on their brand stereos.

Bought this Pioneer 4201NEX from Costa Mesa Best Buy and was an open box item, like new according to them. When I installed it, it was password locked by whom ever had this unit before me. And Best Buy took it back without checking it? and Sold it Locked to me without any warning. Found out the hard way once it was installed. Had to send it to Pioneer to "unlock" it and cost me $150.00 with the shipping costs and all. Best Buy? More like Worst Buy

It worked great for a year and a half and then it stopped working and it passed there one year warranty so im stuck buying a new stereo thanks pioneer NOT WORTH IT!!!!! Overprice for it to break so easily pioneer doesnt make stereos like they use to

Backup camera doesn’t work and I have to press av button instead of Sirius radio button to access xm radio

Great, this is worth it. I'm glad i bought it and have been using it.
