Not at all satisfied with performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DVD player doesn’t work, it has sound but no picture. Sometimes you can skip tracks while listening to music, sometimes not. Haven’t had time to go back back to the store but I am very dissatisfied.

Well, its been over a month now, I cannot return the item any longer and its still not installed, whereas I can go somewhere else. Other places are open for business. Funny thing is, it said free install when I purchased it. ha. Like thats going to happen. I should go somewhere else and send Best Buy the bill. THIS IS SERIOUSLY WRONG!!!!!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.has a noticeable 2 second delay with Bluetooth, android and iphone both have bluetooth delays. apple carplay improves the delay but half second isnt good enough. it wont let me update the firmware after following the instructions , tried multiple flash drives and formats, compressed and uncompressed. will be returning the unit. i hope they give refunds
