Great radio if you don't want to use CarPlay

I literally only wanted one thing out of a new head unit. The salesman assured me that this radio had CarPlay. It in fact does not.

Harder to use than dials

Defective Product

Store display and actual stereo are very different

With the new hands free law I was hopeful this bluetooth device would keep me in compliance.

Bestbuy sent me a defective non functioning

The car audio came but it took few weeks before installing. The equipment was faulty. It never even came on. I was really tired with this back and forth thing especially with calls and customer center. Online chat teams were not helpful either.

Poor reception

Tried to do something nice for the wife and turned into a massive fail.I would love to have your tech's fix it not just install it like was done.

Radio didn’t fit
