Great buy! Once we got the android auto to work on my note 4 it was great.

There are too many things to say about this unit , they cannot be covered in a summary but one other way. This unit was the model head unit of the year 2015. That and the amount of pages in the manual should tell you this unit is fully capable of driving a high end audio system or become your "smart radio" navigating for you upon voice commands. Awesome head unit

It's worth for money. It fitted perfectly for my Nissan Altima ..

Awesome deck, looks great, great features. Only reason I gave it 4 was my Scion factory deck actually sounded better. Pros: firmware updates, which is nice to keep up to date. Bells and whistles...change face color configurations to match your car instrument panel and lighting. Def worth getting.

I love this stereo! It can do a lot.. memory card slot, save songs for your iPod, High Def! It's great!! I do not like that it tends to overheat! A silent car ride is not for me! I am not sure why it does it, but it will overheat and turn it self off.. only way to fix it is to turn the car off!!

I really enjoy having this car radio! It's literally like having an iPhone in your radio. I look forward to future upgrades like move apps. Siri is improved but still has a long way to go. Bottom line, this was a purchase I'm glad I made (Didn't hurt it was an open box item too).

No customer service help in radio department at store

This is a nice head unit with many features. My only complaint is the volume using Android auto is too low and seems like there is no adjustment. You have to turn the head unit volume to max to hear anything with android auto feature.

bought this for my 2010 corvette. looks clean with the metra enclosure and screen is bright. paid to have best buy installers run an ipod cable from the back to the armrest storage area to be able to hide my phone while i drive.

Variable performance and slow start-up characterize this product. Poor response from Pioneer's warranty support is also frustrating as I've contacted them with my issues regarding this product (unfortunately, I think I got a lemon), and have yet to receive a response. If you purchase, make sure you purchase a Geek Squad extended warranty so you won't incur the costs that I probably will when I get this swapped out for a different unit.

Google auto sucks cause you have to keep the phone plugged in, and the plugin is a basic 1amp charge, so your phone barely charges. Other than that the deck is OK.

Nice unit for what it is. Wasn't expecting the audible alarms within the unit and does get annoying. It also 'clicks' when you use the turn signals and no one knows if or how this can be turned off. Also when using the nav with carplay, it looses the directions completely when in route. Have had to pull over, download and start my trip several times. Happens when in bluetooth or when the phone is tethered. My next vehicle will have carplay pre-installed from the dealer.

This is a great radio that pretty much has any feature you want. My only concern is that it is a little slow to start Android Auto and boot up in general.

it was a floor model so I got a really really great deal. Only thing missing was the manuals so I am still trying to get it all setup right.

Had to exchange twice within a week. Probably why the 4200 rolled out so fast. One big problem.....they only have new model for over $300 more. Best buy offered $100 off in stock model or they will remove and send to pioneer for repair. So that means no radio until pioneer sends it back to best buy and they install again for me. First unit froze and would not accept android auto, made loud noise like disc was trying to eject but their was no disc, had to turn car off and back on again if USB was unplugged. Second unit intermittent white screen, freezing and eject button does not work. Almost makes me regret trying to upgrade. Sicker even more that best buy didn't want to help out more considering they had to replace 2 units for me within a week but now out of stock and can't replace anymore. (4100) And have a unit (4200) that they say is virtually the same except manufacturing date price and model number. I got screwed...... I guess the bone is more less with best buy for not trying to rectify and get me in a equivalent model that was available. Pioneer has no problem replacing but why should I have to wait 3 weeks???? Best buy would not even attempt to contact pioneer to consider possible options. Only offered $100 off after I voiced that this wasn't right.

Could be better as far as starting. Always have to push ok button. Bypass for video works great. 3rd party acc.

Purchased this item Open Box and it turned into a nightmare. Mgmt did resolve issue and upgrade my order.
