    I want to love it, but it is a very difficult fit for my 2016 JKU. Install was easy, bought the proper harnesses and installation kits, yet it still has difficulty sliding in and out. Also, for other Jeep owners, it blocks your dash console, which means less storage. I was not expecting it to sit up so high and block limited windshield view/dash storage. As far as sound goes, I preferred my AVH-1400NEX. HOWEVER, this is 100% better than the UConnect "phone call completed" every 5 seconds system.

    It needs to be easier to work it’s still in a car I don’t want to be driving and have to change setting it should be much easer to operate. No one wants to be driving and trying to figure it out. Thanks for reading .

    Nightmare got this product at the end of last year geek squad installed professional Something went wrong vehicle fire started while driving investigation occurred due to improper installation of the deck my vehicle was destroyed all because of an upgrade disaster do not put them in any dodge chargers of course the Dodge itself is the other fire hazard I know going back to Toyota

    I got this for my car and spent a little over $1,000 for the radio to constantly malfunction and work 25% of the time and I originally was going to get it installed at best buy and after waiting for over 3 weeks they decided to call me the day before my appointment to tell me they didn’t order the parts for my car and told me I would need to wait another 3-4 weeks but it doesn’t make any sense since I managed to get the parts they needed within 24 hours and they still wouldn’t do the install with the right parts in hand so now I have a non working radio and I’m over $1,000 in the drain definitely not going to be doing business with best buy again

    I might have got a defective unit but Apple CarPlay never worked for me. Installed myself then went to the auto techs in geek squad and they actually made it worse to where I couldn’t get sound out of all my speakers. Returned because I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot something this expensive.

    Drove to my appointment in freezing temperatures. When I arrived I was told they could not the do the installation As scheduled. Very dissatisfied !
