    I've had this radio for 2 months. and I had not Had one problem with it i like way it's set up. So if you're looking for a good Radio in my book, this is a great radio.

    Service at Best Buy is great even with the shortage of people they still mnged to help me significantly. I'm looking forward to my installation date in February.

    Awesome tablet display, android auto needs to be updated dark mode has to be set everytime for Google maps. The device and install were great!

    Nice Radio, but lacking for the price

    It really is a nice radio. But it does not have HD Radio. For $600-$800, it should have it in my opinion.

    Too many issues to mention

    Purchased the unit to replace old Alpine unit and to have wireless Apple CarPlay. The reviews all seemed to be really good. The installation was easy. I used the Maestro RR and purchased a couple additional cables to make the installation all plug and play. Really this is the best I can say about this unit. Once it was installed, the firmware update with CarAVAssist did not work. Followed the directions exactly and the update would never transfer. It timed out every time. So I updated the firmware using the USB port and that worked. Now the really disappointing part. Wireless Apple CarPlay rarely works. I either have to go into settings every time and turn it on or turn off the unit and turn it back on to get it to connect. Today none of the wireless options were available. The Apple CarPlay option was greyed out and the Wireless option in settings was greyed out. If the wireless Apple CarPlay does actually load, not all of the apps work correctly. For example, IHeart Radio will load one station, but it will not allow you to change stations. Another issue, the volume control while using Apple CarPlay does not always work. At first, I thought maybe it was just the steering wheel control that was not working so I tried the volume control on the touch screen and that does not work either. The volume control bar does pop up on the screen, but it is greyed out. The guidance volume control does work. There are many more issues with this system. So many, I am not sure I even want to bother contacting Pioneer support and just return the unit. My price range was to spend only 500 - 600 dollars. I am afraid to spend 1100 on the next model up, so I will probably just try a Kenwood and hope for a better result.

    POOR EXPERIENCE WITH PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION!!

    I bought the Pioneer DMH-WT3800NEX from Best Buy about a year and a half ago and had them install it. About 4 months after installation, the unit started randomly restarting on its own — sometimes multiple times during a drive. I expected better reliability for the price I paid and especially since I trusted Best Buy to do the install. The problem has continued, and it’s incredibly frustrating, especially when using CarPlay for navigation or music. I feel like I was sold a faulty unit or the installation wasn’t done right, but now I’m outside the return and warranty window. For something this expensive, it shouldn’t start acting up within months. Very disappointed.

    Replacement radio

    Made a huge difference to my 2018 Toyota Prius, which had no navigation system in it. Customer service and installer at Pineville store in NC were excellent.

    Screen freezes already

    For the money and name, I wouldn't expect it to freeze on me already(one month after buying). Sometimes after driving a while, the screen stops working and I can't press anything. It only fixes when I turn it off.
