Finally able to wirelessly connect and use Apple Music and my Map apps in my 2014 Grand Cherokee. It looks great as well.

Told him my situation. She was going to write it down and send it to the management team at the store. I'll just give a snapshot here. I didn't get any go over when it was all done basically gave you my keys and sent me on my way didn't give me any pointers or any coaching like they should have. And when they did it all the checkboxes like everything is working he didn't go over that with me. Then the check boxes, on the bottom half none of them were even checked off. My car is serious XM ready It had Sirius XM and I had a contract with Sirius XM. So when I get into my car I have no serious XM. They never even asked me. He said he wasn't sure what to order so he would order a couple things and then I would just be reimbursed for the part we didn't need. Well I looked up online and it's easy to find out exactly what you need. I need the tuner and then an extension to the antenna so I can use the previous antenna So now I've got to order the parts and come my way back up there and hopefully don't have to wait to get it done. Because I don't have unlimited data that's why I use Sirius XM in my car most of the time. Hopefully the management gets back in touch with me. Thanks, Randy

I am sorry to hear the installer did not know what adapters to use for SiriusXM.
If you continue to have problems with the installation, contact Best Buy at 888-287-7658. They will try to assist you with the problem.
Pioneer radio, large screen

Everything works flawlessly, and the installation by Geek Squad is the way to go! Connecting this radio will give you a very noticeable instant boost in your sound quality no matter what speaker system you have. My Jeep Wrangler was all stock and it sounds so much better now than with the OEM radio. The phone connection sounds great on both ends. Keep in mind the mount does stick out from your dash. I would highly recommend this product.

New Radio/Apple Car Play Unit

This went into a 2011 F-150 which didn't have car play prior to now. I'm familiar with its workings as I have one in my other vehicle since 2019. I have only 1 small issue with this new unit. If I want SIRI to do something for me I MUST first press the mic button on this radio. In my other vehicle that isn't necessary. I simply say SIRI and it begins doing what I ask it to do.

OE head unit was easier to navigate, and I need to go back and determine why I don’t have AM/FM.
