    Great radio but with some limitations. The CarPlay function looses connectivity at times. The touch screen has limits of use.

    Really like this. But just know when it says xm ready, you still have to buy something else. For xm radio to work. Very misleading.

      The radio is "XM Ready" in that is can support their service, it is not built in. SiriusXM requires you to purchase and install their tuner. PUSATechAnswers

    The item didn't explain what was missing like no screws to hold the screen and no wiring harness for the stereo. I keep it but would have been nice to know.

    It works very well, but the controls can be a bit cryptic, and the display doesn’t rotate from side to side, only up and down

    Very easy to use, there still is a couple bugs that need to be worked out talking about the interface between the radio and the steering wheel controls. Sounds really good. Tech was a very knowledgeable man and hard worker. thanks

    Fan died quick other than that great head in unit

    Great radio love the features but my fan died and only just bought it in December 2023. Hopefully it will be taking care of and I just got a bad one.

    The installer John did a great job and was very helpful with showing how everything worked. The work was done with pride! Can DO!! thanks. Mike does a great job on leading the team!!

    Service at Best Buy is great even with the shortage of people they still mnged to help me significantly. I'm looking forward to my installation date in February.

    It really is a nice radio. But it does not have HD Radio. For $600-$800, it should have it in my opinion.

    Awesome tablet display, android auto needs to be updated dark mode has to be set everytime for Google maps. The device and install were great!

    I hate this thing. Its so glitchy. It rarely auto connects with android auto. You have to tap screen multiple times to get it to work, and go through several steps just to get it to connect. Radio sucks also i only get like 3 stations. Ot ramdomly reboots when driving. It cost so much to get installed or i would have taken it back

    Replacement radio

    Made a huge difference to my 2018 Toyota Prius, which had no navigation system in it. Customer service and installer at Pineville store in NC were excellent.

    Screen freezes already

    For the money and name, I wouldn't expect it to freeze on me already(one month after buying). Sometimes after driving a while, the screen stops working and I can't press anything. It only fixes when I turn it off.
