I honestly love this stereo, especially the options it gives you with the meastro module. Digital read outs of extra guages for your car or truck. Certain guages are available for certain cars but all in all great unit.

This product definately met and exceeded the need. The application is an older vehicle. It installed and the performance is great.

My stereo will freeze and reboot frequently. Then to reconnect CarPlay, I have to do it because it won’t do it automatically. Potential hazard for distracted driving because this unit is defective.

The purchasing was confusing at times, but the installation and product are amazing. The installation went very smoothly and the Geek Squad explained everything to us. The product is great!

I've had this radio for 2 months. and I had not Had one problem with it i like way it's set up. So if you're looking for a good Radio in my book, this is a great radio.

Service at Best Buy is great even with the shortage of people they still mnged to help me significantly. I'm looking forward to my installation date in February.

It really is a nice radio. But it does not have HD Radio. For $600-$800, it should have it in my opinion.

Purchased the unit to replace old Alpine unit and to have wireless Apple CarPlay. The reviews all seemed to be really good. The installation was easy. I used the Maestro RR and purchased a couple additional cables to make the installation all plug and play. Really this is the best I can say about this unit. Once it was installed, the firmware update with CarAVAssist did not work. Followed the directions exactly and the update would never transfer. It timed out every time. So I updated the firmware using the USB port and that worked. Now the really disappointing part. Wireless Apple CarPlay rarely works. I either have to go into settings every time and turn it on or turn off the unit and turn it back on to get it to connect. Today none of the wireless options were available. The Apple CarPlay option was greyed out and the Wireless option in settings was greyed out. If the wireless Apple CarPlay does actually load, not all of the apps work correctly. For example, IHeart Radio will load one station, but it will not allow you to change stations. Another issue, the volume control while using Apple CarPlay does not always work. At first, I thought maybe it was just the steering wheel control that was not working so I tried the volume control on the touch screen and that does not work either. The volume control bar does pop up on the screen, but it is greyed out. The guidance volume control does work. There are many more issues with this system. So many, I am not sure I even want to bother contacting Pioneer support and just return the unit. My price range was to spend only 500 - 600 dollars. I am afraid to spend 1100 on the next model up, so I will probably just try a Kenwood and hope for a better result.

Awesome tablet display, android auto needs to be updated dark mode has to be set everytime for Google maps. The device and install were great!

Made a huge difference to my 2018 Toyota Prius, which had no navigation system in it. Customer service and installer at Pineville store in NC were excellent.

Very nice unit but very frustrating trying to communicate with the correct Geek Squad store.

For the money and name, I wouldn't expect it to freeze on me already(one month after buying). Sometimes after driving a while, the screen stops working and I can't press anything. It only fixes when I turn it off.

I bought the Pioneer DMH-WT3800NEX from Best Buy about a year and a half ago and had them install it. About 4 months after installation, the unit started randomly restarting on its own — sometimes multiple times during a drive. I expected better reliability for the price I paid and especially since I trusted Best Buy to do the install. The problem has continued, and it’s incredibly frustrating, especially when using CarPlay for navigation or music. I feel like I was sold a faulty unit or the installation wasn’t done right, but now I’m outside the return and warranty window. For something this expensive, it shouldn’t start acting up within months. Very disappointed.

I love it buy it in store make sure you talk to the technician before purchasing so they can tell you what to buy and install was a breeze

I’ve desired this unit for a while and once BB did the installation, which was fairly quick and professional it did not disappoint

We bought an opened box. Everything was in the box and the product looked great. Havent installed due to needing a $200 wiring harness. Will update after.

Everything about this stereo is awesome. The installer that did the installation is top notch and should be teaching everyone.
