    If the cheap brands can offer this (1024x600 resolution) for $200 this should be $300. It works great but is not worth the money.

    I’m very happy with my purchase. This really upgraded my Subaru Forester. I actually purchased a smaller screen initially and then went back and had this one reinstalled instead. The larger screen is just easier to see and operate when you’re driving and also looks great. Sound is amazing with customization options. Just one small complaint, when your lights are in auto mode the unit keeps your display in night mode because it thinks your lights are on and it must me nighttime. The fix for this is just leaving the day/night mode in manual and switching by hand when you want to. Maybe this is specific to my car. Still, I’m giving five stars. Best Buy installers are wonderful too.

    Nice interface. Screen size is amazing. My 2012 feels like a 2024 now! Enhanced the sound of my OEM speakers. Some delay in response for touch screen. However, overall I’m very happy with the unit.

    Great item so far. Sound is great quality is great. I wish screen would rotate a little to eliminate glare but overall I am really happy with this unit. Would definitely recommend. Looks great in my truck!!

    If I knew what I was doing it would be great! I am a senior and this comes with NO instruction. I would love to turn the volume up and down, use the phone which is one of the main reasons for purchasing. To my disappointment there is no one in installation any more. I just spent a large chunk of money to listen to a radio which I already had. Try to get a human on the phone is impossible. I was on the phone for 134 minutes, transferred 7 times and ended up in shipping. No clue why!

    Lot of white noise and scratching. Was told by tech there’s really nothing they can do to make it sound better. Also required THREE trips to Best Buy. The second trip was for steering wheel control installation, only to find out after two hours he didn’t know how to do it. And then I had to turn around and go back because the antenna was removed. The final trip I was told would take one hour, only to take four. And then I had to go back again because the Car Play screen went blank. Not great.

      There should not be any white noise or scratching sounds. You could have a bad speaker or loose wire connection someplace.
      While I understand you have already gone back to Best Buy several times, I would suggest maybe a different Best Buy installer.
