Purchased this to replace a Pioneer AVH-1550NEX in my RV, which does not have Android Auto. I was very pleased with the installation and performance. The wiring harness for bot hare identical, so installation was a breeze. The receiver works very well, and I ca now use my Android phone for navigation.

Great product- love the Apple carplay feature. Easy to navigate and use. Going to add back-up camera myself so we will see how that goes.

Worth every penny, the built in digital amp allows for smooth sound control, the apple car play and Android auto are very user friendly.

Love the upgrade to this pioneer touch screen radio. The CarPlay is awesome. I would buy it again. The installation went great as well. My installer did a great job. Thank You.

Bought this to replace my UConnect in my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee! It is so much better than my OEM system ever was. It connects to my phone fast, the sound quality is excellent! I selected this model because it had the dvd feature so I can watch movies while I am camping or resting out on the trails! I love it and think anybody would benefit from it. I definitely recommend it as a replacement for the UConnect system!

Amazing sound quality and so easy to use! Installation was awesome and tech did a great job. Looks like this came with my 13 year old vehicle!

I was jealous because my son got a new radio for his car *laugh* and since I decided I wasn't going to be getting a new car any time soon, I should put a new radio in mine. My son helped me pick it out and install it. Works great and I love it. Just an FYI, if you want to us SiriusXM (which you get a free limited time subscription to) you'll need to get a tuner, otherwise you can't access it. We found that out after the fact so had to get a tuner and my son had to uninstall and reinstall everything.

I had this model installed on my Honda. The unit works great and the features are excellent, except the USB. After installation, the installer noticed that I didn't have a working USB. After he tried several options, he came to the conclusion that the USB on the unit was dead. He volunteered to put in a new one once the malfunctioning unit was replaced. I called Best Buy that day and through the difficult to understand phone receptionist, I was able to discern two things: One, since I purchased the unit more than fifteen days ago, I was out of luck and Two: If though the product was faulty, Best Buy was not going to stand behind their open box product, that as advertised, was supposed to be as good as new. I told the gentleman on the phone that I would like to speak to a manager and he assured me that one would contact me. Needless to say, I was never contacted again. I did call Best Buy again and with a different operator was given the same run around with the same level of understandability due to the poor ability to communicate. This gent told me to visit a local store and see what they could do for me. Rather than wasting my time, I use a portable charger while in the vehicle. Bottom line: buy from a company that sells products as advertised and stands behind the products they sell. I will not use Best Buy again.

Installation was pretty straight forward. Connecting to my iPhone was easy and it works well. Definitely an improvement over the stock radio.

This is a great purchase for anyone wanting to add CarPlay. It sometimes takes a few moments to connect, but it is very smooth and responsive to the touch. The screen is crisp and colorful. It does not fade in the sunlight like my older Pioneer unit. I haven't used the customizable features much, but the ability to change the lighting colors behind the physical buttons is cool. I use it mostly for music, navigation, podcasts, and texting handsfree since I have a 30 minute commute to work each day. It does the job very well.

Works like a dream in my 02 Tracker. Pairs with my iPhone and back up camera seamlessly. Elevated my car with this update!! Totally worth it!

Love the receiver and all of its options - but a remote was not included as indicated on the receiver packaging. Buttons are a mite small for my big hands. Display is excellent.

Had to replace the radio in my 2006 Toyota Tundra. The sales staff did a great job locating a unit for me with lots of bells & whistles at a very affordable price. The technician that installed it was fast and very knowledgeable. When I went to pick it up it looked great. He took it he time to give me tutorial on it’s numerous functions. Nice guy. This is why we always try to buy from Best Buy if possible. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic upgrade from a receiver that doesn't have apple carplay without breaking the bank! This radio does have a few issues however, well i should say its either the radio or the installation (i used best buy installation). every once in a while the radio will not turn on when the car turns on ; the remote will not work with the radio every once in awhile ; and it is picky with which cords you use, mine only likes to work with original apple cords aftermarket ones it will randomly disconnect from apple carplay OR not connect at all.
