    My service rep was Omar at the Palmdale store. He does really good work and my car stereo sounds amazing. My complaint is that he had no help with him that morning and my 10am appointment turned into a 5:30pm departure. I am not blaming him but that turned into a very long day. I just wanted him to know that I appreciate his work.
