Very happy with this radio. I always start with a pioneer radio on a system. I would recommend it. Great features to tune your system. Love the map display on the screen.

I like the AppleCar play it’s worth great to use.

Good lot of features for that price. User friendly

This is a very good product other than the fact that it overheats from the heater in my car and then shuts it off. It also randomly won’t turn on sometimes. But 98% of the time it does work and it works perfectly. I would recommended this product to anyone. It has a clean interface.

The Pioneer replacement radio with Bluetooth, back-up camera, navigation and CD/DVD player is an excellent buy. Unfortunately, Best Buy's installer scraped and scuffed the leather beneath the radio in two areas rather badly in changing it out.

Great head unit upgrade, but it’s kind of buggy. Sometimes it won’t pick up the Apple CarPlay or the Bluetooth connection. I had to reset to factory settings and worked again. The next time it occurred, I restarted the vehicle and it worked. Other than that, I really like the features.

I love this, mainly using it for CarPlay and Apps, though HD Radio too sometimes. The only minor criticism is the vol up/down and menu buttons on the left side are small and fiddly to use whilst driving.

Nice stereo for the money. Volume buttons are very small (heads up ladies with long nails!) but otherwise it’s ok. Now if I can just figure out how to turn it off lol.

I have been pleased with the radio. The only complaint I have, is something that I wasn't aware of, but probably should have been. In order for the Apple CarPlay to work, you have to plug your phone into a USB dock coming from the radio (but it does charge at the same time).

Its a well round nice stero its not very user friendly. Took a little while to figure it out but I also just bought this 4 weeks ago and its drops 100 bucks this right after I buy it that is very upsetting.

Best Buy did the install. Perfect - Hard to tell it's an aftermarket product. No rattles, no negatives at all. Looking forward to adding amps, nice speakers and a sub. The only negative are the ridiculously small volume buttons. I use the remote control for volume changes.

Pain to set up but the set up of it it is nice being able to pick a song and browse from the unit. Only thing I don’t like if I’m on Spotify and I touch my phone and I get it it off of the app it doesn’t keep it on the screen.

Overall good item, its a little slow when you first start the car, so be patient. All the features work great! I use the dvd with monitor output to run adds to the monitor in the back seat. Shocked how many ride share users scan barcodes and buy things.

VERY NICE UNIT, BUT INSTALLATION REQUIRED MORE AND MORE EXPENSIVE ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENT THAN ANTICIPATED. THE TECHNICIANS ULTIMATELY COMPLETED THE TASK, BUT IT TOOK WEEKS TO SCHEDULE RETURN APPOINTMENTS.

I like it but it does not hold memory. I set up my stations, time, date, etc..and as soon as I turn my vehicle off then turn it back on, it has to be reset all over again. I also learned that in order for it work right, I need to have my phone plugged in before starting the vehicle.

Works as expected. Installation was done on schedule and very professionally. John in the installation area at Best Buy in Santee, Ca was able to help me acquire the appropriate parts and spent time after to get me acquainted with the new system. He is a real pro.

Excellent product , my only regret is that my mechanic could not align steering buttons ( volume, tune) to this product , I have to use remote which bones with it . Will be great if Best Buy can help to get the steering wheel aligned with the product.

the radio preformist is outstanding. we can see who is playing and the map function is great. cd/dvd player is outstanding not only does it play great it also shows what is playing. the phone feature works great hands free and all we have to do is use the voice.

Wife loves this stereo, iPad / iPhone integration is fantastic she can listen to Podcasts in the car! Installed steering wheel control unit and it made it even better, integration was a snap in a Mercedes C230! Thanks!
