Was an open box though and didnt have protector on the screen in box but was sold as new. Guess we will see.

The song shows up on the screen but there’s no sound from my car just from my phone. It could be anything but I’m betting it’s the stereo because it also for a day didn’t even want to turn on until I turned my car off and on for about 10 minutes. But other than those couple things this radio is amazing!

But when hooked up would turn on for half a second then shut back down. I followed the wiring diagrams perfectly. Double and triple checked my connections. I guess Best Buy's quality control Dept. didnt check it out good. I'll have to buy new only to make sure it's a working unit.
