I have to press the screen over and over for it to finally work . And when It does actually work it presses the button next to it … I will be reaching out to see what they can do to fix this .

Recently though, there have been 3 instances within a few days of each other where the unit will not turn on when the car starts. To activate it, you have to shut the car off and turn it on again. I'm not sure what's causing it to not connect. Hopefully this issue does not continue.

First and most important is that using the lightning to usb cable to connect my iPhone does not always work. And that pretty well makes CarPlay useless on this unit. I have tried several different cords and unplugged and plugged back in many times. It just seems to work when it wants to. Second is that in certain light the screen is unreadable. Too much glare.
