A few days before it was to be installed, I received a call from the store and was told the installation was on hold. That was three weeks ago. I usually love everything I get from Best Buy which is why I went there. This is the first tome they have let me down.

Would not work with my backup camera, sound constantly cutting in and out. Ended up switching out for a completely different one after geek squad refused to do any troubleshooting.

I would love to tell you they work and sound great BUT until they get installed ( witch I paid for ) they are paper weights. They (best buy) are installing things in peoples home BUT not if peoples cars.

The Apple play doesn’t work

It’s glitchy. It crashes. Sometimes the screen totally blanks out. Tried to reach out to Best Buy but they’re closed for corona. Afraid I’ll never get it fixed. Please help.
