I really like this deck installation was very good

This unit is more than I expected. I was just looking for navigation but this has the car play and links to my cars computer system and shows the gauges digitally on the screen. Definitely a cool product.

I am totally satisfy, only some times the touch screen freeze then you have to go back to the previous screen, if this keep happening I have to go back and get this solve.

We wanted to upgrade our car so we bought a pioneer next with gps sxm and backup camera with touch screen and Apple connect we r thrilled it's like having an upgraded car everything works perfect Ken at Best Buy installation is the bomb what a great guy Gainesville Best Buy rocks we r very happy

I needed to replace the navigation system in my SUV and this unit is great. The Geek Squad installed the unit in less time than was quoted and answered every question I had.

Love the apple play and car play features. Don't need Sirius XM anymore since I can use Pandora through my phone. Love the interface and ease of use. Def recommend to others.

Bought radio before a long trip. Worked great. Love having hands free phone, and Sirius radio but the GPS feature was perfect. Well worth the cost.

The Apple car play feature is great. Operates seamlessly with my IPhone 6. My Kenwood system had very poor sound quality when I called anyone.

I bought this unit because I hate having a gps sitting on my dashboard and most of the reviews were ok. I also wanted a unit that would allow my granddaughter to watch DVD's when we go traveling. What a mistake that was! The DVD only works if the parking brake is on and I am sure that is my fault for not reading enough of the details but it still annoys me. But the worst part is how difficult the GPS is to use. First it takes a long time to sync with the satellites each time you start the car. Next it takes way too many steps to plug in an address. You cannot start with the street address, first you have to tell it what state, then city or zip and then the street and finally the number. I could enter the address on my Iphone 5 times in the time it takes to enter it once on this unit. Next strike is the screen calibration - it has never worked correctly so pressing the number 1 button or anything else on the left edge of the screen takes using a pointer or you get the 2 button. I have tried to recalibrate many times to no avail. Next strike is the clock is rarely on the screen and never when the map is displayed. But the final strike is trying to update the firmware/maps. I have tried using the website and their "navitools" but the instructions screens don't match any of the screens on my unit and I keep getting an error that my pc is not registered so I cannot install any maps. DO NOT BUY this unit!!!!!!

Has a lot of glitches I've had to shut my car off before to get the radio to restart and actually play music

Touch screen is a little fussy. Need to hit it several times before it recognizes it. The Nav. system is not the best.
