    I bought this item to have installed in my wife's van. Best buy did not sell the trim kit for the stereo so I was made to purchase one on my own. Upon its arrival I opened it to inspect it for damage, it was fine. After my wife returned from having the stereo installed the trim kit wAs damaged. She was told by the manager that it was her wOrd against the installers. They did not offer to replace the damaged part.

    Everything works as it should. The only issues I've found is that the face plate doesn't set in easily if you take it off. Also there is no mute button on the dash itself. You have to use the remote if you want to mute it quickly, or change the input when nothing else is hooked up. But again, no real concerns with it. I had it installed by the store and he did a great job. Even fixed a mistake a previous installer made on the unit I had before.
