Does everything I need it to do. Bluetooth is good.

I love the ability to use the Bluetooth microphone to talk to people when a call comes in. It's great! It plays my CDs with no problem. Has a great sound too!

It works great. Easily installed. Excellent quality!

great radio wish i would have bought this years ago

My daughter loves it! She likes the fact that she can play music and charge it at the same time.

This receiver has it all! Very happy w/it, though because it has so many features I had to refer to the manual several times before I got it all down. But it's a breeze to use. I love it!!!

Fantastic radio, Tommyrot Transaction! The exchange & install were bottom of the barrel. Initial purchase was for double space unit but vehicle only allowed for single... No problem, except I used a gift card for a portion of the initial purchase. When I went to exchange the radios the card didn't show up as part of the "bundled" payment & they didn't believe I had used one, even though the final receipt showed it. So I paid an extra $20.00 for the smaller unit... My Bad I guess. I took it in for install at later date as I had ordered the wiring harness & dash panel online earlier and hadn't received them, when I did I set up an appointment. Installer said it'd be about an hour so I waited. An hour and a half later he said it was done (I thank Jack Reacher for the time kill) . The radio was in, but it was mounted in a piece of floppy vinyl covered cardboard or something(??). I didn't even notice it until I stopped to play with the new toy. Later that evening the installer called to ask if I had found a tool he may have left in the car (no). I asked about the mounting bracket and he said he'd "cut the wrong tabs" off the one I'd supplied & had to fabricate one, even thought they said these were standard items (covering 15 years worth if Dodge/Chrysler vehicles) and they had try to sell them to me earlier for more than a couple times the online price I'd paid. (They had a wall display covered with them, including the one I'd brought in.) I also asked why he hadn't attached the dash dimmer control wire to dim the radio when lights go on. He said it was against company policy to hook this up as some vehicles dim with voltage and some with amperage, and it takes a long time "Google" researching to find out which my vehicle would use. Now maybe some of the newer LED systems operate on an amps dimmer, but this is a 1994 Dodge Caravan! LED's existed in very limited numbers in test labs at the time of manufacture. Having a multi-decade background in electronics & mechanical systems, I can say quite certainly there is NO CHANCE this car uses a rheostat on the amperage side. Why the installer hadn't pulled the correct part off the wall to replace the dash panel I'd supplied (and he'd destroyed) is beyond me, why he didn't take the time to research the dimmer issue escapes me as well. I guess I'll never know. But I do know this: I'm in the market for a new refrigerator right now and Best Buy will be the last place I'll be looking for my next $2000-3000 purchase. Yeah the radio is great, but the transaction in general leaves me wanting, and will send me elsewhere in the future (near and far) I will recommend the products, but will refrain from any and all services & squads they have to offer.

Great radio if you are looking to update your stock radio. Bluetooth is great also.

The sales person checked the manual and assured me that it would fit in my 2003 Prius, so I bought it and made an appointment to have it installed the next day. However, when I got into my car I could see that the existing radio-cassette tape deck was part of a larger panel and could not be removed from the panel, so I called the Prius dealer when I got home, and they said there was no way to install a new receiver, but recommended I talk with someone at Car Toys because they might have a work-around. So I returned the receiver, went to Car Toys and told them my story. The Car Toys sales rep and the tech guy walked out to the parking lot to look at my car and figured out that it could be installed in a storage compartment space lower down on the panel, so I bought a unit there and made an appointment to have it installed. It is likely that the Best Buy unit could have been installed in the same way, but the sales rep I talked with was new, and the installer wasn't available at the time. The rep recommended that I talk with their installer but I didn't want to take the time to do that.

This is a nice CD player really enjoy the handoff ability to make phone calls

For the price you cant beat it!! I bought for my daughter for her birthday.

The product overall works fine but the controls are confusing. It's not straight forward to change modes or channels. Can be dangerous if you are trying to figure out how to change the channel while driving. I'm sure there is a more straight forward model out there to purchase instead.

The features of this radio was what I was looking for, easy to use.

Works great and stream is more easy than ever and really recommend
