I bought this and was not prepared for the amount of work that was needed to install the device but still a great buy.

I didn't think when I ordered it said "open box" but even if it did, why sell something you can't even install? I now have to trade it in for another (at a higher price than I paid because it was a deal-of-the-day item) or just send it back or find an after market harness. This is already after the mounting kit and harness I purchased to attach it to my car.

This is a good stereo for a very good price. Have it in my car for last 2 months and so far it works great.

For the most part the radio is easy to use and that's what my girlfriend needed. She's happy with it and that I rate it high.

It's a RADIO. Not a media center. You paid for a radio that can play cds.

got this on sale, so far my father loves it. its a simple radio

No complaints on sound with 12-year old Dodge Ram speakers. Dash damaged during installation due to brittle sun damage over years. Best Buy repaired at no charge. Don't like the visual display using menu and not user friendly to operate while driving.
