I had this head unit installed and a week later had to have it exchanged for a new one because none of the Bluetooth features worked. Then, the new one would not connect to any phones or devices whether it was Bluetooth or actually plugged in. Had that exchanged for the kenwood DNX-572 with navigation and am thrilled that I finally got a great deck. My advice is spend the extra money for a higher end unit to avoid the hassle of having this poorly built product.

Pioneer only makes the best, I will always and only buy Pioneer head units.

I bought this at my local store and it works fine but wish it would have a better image quality. Seems like it's blurry at times.

The benefits of the product matches the price well. Live the capabilities it gives with the cd/dvd combination. You have to spend a little for good quality audio and this Pioneer is a very good buy! The sleek design makes it look seamless and factory instead of after market.

There are two buttons for raising and lowering the volume, and no mute button. This is a hassle when you want to quickly turn off the stereo, like for ordering fast food, and then go back to normal volume. You have to press and hold until it goes quiet and then press about ten times to get the volume back up. Knob would be better.

Bluetooth works, lights are just right on the radio. I also purchased the waranty I love it!

Great sound and all the features I was looking for also used geek squad to install highly recommend it

love this in dash double din for my truck, easy to operate, kids love that they can watch movie on it

I bought this to install in my girlfriend's 4 Runner. Had to upgrade to the AVH 3700 after originally buying the Pioneer AVH 1700 unit. Hard to believe at a company like Pioneer would even offer a double DIN touch screen without Bluetooth as a standard included feature. It was a major problem because we only figured this out after installation. That aside unit is quirky and limited. Girl actually isn't much I like about it other than I was able to find one at Best Buy open box. You get what you pay for.

I bought and had best buy install this radio. After 5 months, it started turning on and off and then the touch screen would not work from time to time. Now it wont come on at all and I had to have it removed and sent back for repair.

The item start to fail from the beginning. Start to shuts down and turn on by it self. And because I have to return to Argentina I could not return it. I am really disappointed.

The Pioneer AVH-X3700BHS is an outstanding piece of equipment. Rich looking, great sound, equalizer options, Bluetooth, DVD player and HD Radio. It fitted perfect on my Honda Odyssey Van. Best Buy technician did a great job with installation. Couple of things I noticed. 1) The USB flash drive would have to be re-plugged when you start your car. It does not recognize that there is already one. It is little nuisance if you have music playing from that. 2) Not sure whether it is picking up all HD stations which is available. Not able to get NPR in HD yet. One caution is I'm still exploring. Bottom Line you won't regret the purchase. Enjoy !!

This radio is great and very easy to use. My only issue with it is that it is hard to read in the sun light.

Well my radio lasted 2 months before it decided to shut off and turn on itself which is a known issue by Pioneer. But what bothers me most is the hassle you have to go through to get another one. Best Buy won't back the product it sells and Pioneer has you send it to a service center. So send your unit off and you might get it back and you might not because there is no way to prove you've sent anything to anyone. Seems shady to me but oh well, kind of getting used to customer service like this in this day and time anyways!

Great head unit. It has lasted me 6 years. Looking to purchase a new model soon
