Volume inconsistent and not sticky otherwise good.

Even more significantly, the volume can randomly initiate at a very ear-splitting high level. I have a theory that the unit needs some time to write volume data on shutting off but waiting a time (30 seconds at least) after turn-off before turning the unit back on does not always cure this issue. Given this problem I would not buy this unit again nor would I recommend it.

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with the audio level not holding. This is very strange.
Please contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option 1.
They will provide troubleshooting assistance. It may be something with the steering wheel control interface.

Normal bluetooth is fine but if you’re trying to watch a video or something it can have a lag. If all you’re doing is music though I wouldn’t worry about it.
