The radio is always changing channels and the radio was should have sirus then after it was put in the installer said no you have to buy a part added to get it. We would have to make a new appointment.

The radio is SiriusXM Ready, it is not built in. You would need to purchase the SXV300 tuner, made by SiriusXM. Best Buy should have them available.
The installer would need to check the SWC (steering wheel control) port. If something is plugged in that should not be, or a bad steering wheel control interface adapter, the radio will do odd things like change stations on its own.
If needed, please contact Best Buy at 1-888-237-8289. They will try to assist you with the installation appointment.

When I arrived at the Willow Grove location for my installation appointment after driving 30 minutes, that was scheduled for about a month later, I was told by the tech that it was the incorrect radio and I would need to pick out a new one for it to work correctly. I wasted my time, both the month waiting for the installation and my morning, because I was put on the spot about a different unit because the team at the Plymouth Meeting Store could not correctly determine if this radio was the correct one for my vehicle. If you do not have an installation bay at a store and do not have employees trained in auto electronics, then you should not be selling those items at the location. I still have a broken radio because I was not about to be pushed into an item without having the time to read reviews and make an informed decision. I would like to know what Best Buy is going to do to make this up to me and keep me as a customer. I will not be going to your store again. DO NOT BUY CAR AUDIO FROM HERE!!!

It sounded awful compared to my standard sound system. The system skipped so bad with Bluetooth and usb cable that I had to return it. Best Buy was accommodating with the return but keep in mind if you use the free installation and then need a return you get the charged the cost of installation even though the unit was defective.

Poor Sales Staff / Great Installers

That being said, every time I do business with you guys I have to find someone to help me and it's always a task. I have to work to buy something from you. It shouldn't be that way. Your sales staff are awful. I don't know if I will deal with it next time.

Horrible experience

For the price it shouldn't have happened. I had to send it to the manufacturer. Got it for a trip and now i wont have it in time.id rather by from china. Wont trust best buy again.
