Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The satellite option disappeared after a few weeks and the display began to turn off by itself, although the radio would keep playing but I could not turn It off or adjust the volume. I’d have to turn the car off and on to reset the display. When I tried to make an appointment to get it fixed, I was told the only person who could look at it had been laid off, so even though I bought the extended warranty, Best Buy wouldn’t fix or replace it.
