We really liked this radio is WiFi capable aND it was easy to install

Deck is ok. Bluetooth is iffy. Overall a deck is a deck.

The readout is invisible during the day. I commute when it's dark and didn't notice it for some time. Need to return for a better one. My old one from Best Buy was visible at any time of day

Wanted a new stereo for older model corvette. With necessarily interface equipment provided by best buy associate, I have a great and new car stereo

the radio is not for someone who doesn't know were to look for stuff. you have to know how to go in to radio and find stuff.

Not at all happy with this. To complicated to figure out how to use. Multiple uses per button, very confusing.

I decided to go with this because it came with a lot of features including XM tuner, Bluetooth, Aux and USB to name a few key ones. Sound quality is ok. Unfortunately the usability leaves much to be desired., Here are the pros and cons. Pros - USB allows devices to charge and displays songs information and can be controlled to a certain extent with the provided remote - Quite a bit of EQs to set your music preference - Illumination makes it easy to ready in the night Cons - Volume level does not automatically switch between modes...Usually I crank up the volume if talking via B/T but when I switch to radio, it does not go back to the preset volume level & therefore loud. - Best Buy geek squad basic installation does not include steering wheel controls operations...you pay extra for that - Even if your car comes with an XM tuner, you would still have to fix the one that comes with this unit & there is a cost on top of the basic regular installation. - Device has a single knob to navigate through the menu options, which are shown on a scrolling single line interface. Not exactly a safe option while driving. - Voice recognition works sporadically. - If you attach a audio source via Aux, you have to control everything via your audio device. It does not show the song name or other info. - Bluetooth is very basic and has no noise cancellation. There is a small mic & people on the other side, complain they can hear a lot off background/road noise and static

Had three month, cannot see controls because of glare. To many options make unit to complex. Just had my old unit re- installed by Best Buy. Waste of $280.00 with installation and extras. Best Buy would not even provide 50% refund on unit alone as requested. BAD

Absolutely the worst radio ever. None of the buttons make sense. It’s hard to turn off and on! Hard to tune your favorites. EVERYTHING about it is terrible. I had another system picked out for my husband’s truck and the installer said it was out of stock and talked me in to this piece of crap. Even though it was showing stock for the one I wanted online.

Takes many tries to connect to bluetooth and once its connected it will either constantly drop or have quickly in and out sound. Extremely annoying. Tried several other phones and even lap top. Even if you set your android phone up again the radio it will drop in and out of signal constantly. Now its completely quit all together. Completely worthless. Money well wasted here.

Never worked right! Always trouble connecting Bluetooth and the buttons don’t work

Have had 2 days. Bluetooth doesn't work and can't change radio channels. Will replace with Kenwood or JVC.
