Bad unit

No fader in the menu. It was there when I set it up. Did a full reset and it came back. Later that day no sound for other person on a call. It was there now nothing. Next day, scans channels and will not stop until you hit the menu (volume) key. No presets, only scans. Can't manually adjust, only scans. I pulled it out and returned it for a Kenwood which is working perfectly. I'm sure it was just a bad unit but not a good impression for the first Pioneer I've purchased. Never again.
