Lights are way too dim

Bad face plate

Once it loses the slightest contact with the unit everything turns off. I have to return it. It is useless. I do not want to push on the faceplate to keep it working. I've only used it twice before the problem started. I will see what Best Buy will do about it. I had it installed on my classic Mercedes. When it worked the first time that was great. But then.......

Very Poor Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The FIRST one wouldn't hold a Bluetooth connection to a music source. Every time I got into the car I had to re-pair the unit to the music source, even if I was out of the car for just seconds. It was replaced under warranty. The SECOND one wouldn't hold a playlist. I'd be driving down the road and it would begin playing songs other than from the playlist I'd selected. On the third occasion I went with a different unit.

Horrible

I couldn’t get the radio to dial in on a station or it to even play cds, and the app is pointless. After having my phone connected to bluetooth it would drop my calls and constantly prompt Voice control randomly.

Cannot see the readout screen during daylight hours and difficult tsee at night also. I never could figure out how to program FM stations. The user manual is USEless. I wish I had kept the cassette player that was original in my 87 Okds.

The car audio team at my store took good care of me . You won’t be disappointed with Best Buy Huntsville alabama
