Good product for usa and uk but not good for India

Not compatible in Switzerland

I traveled to Switzerland - the device would not plug into their outlets. Also, the plug was impossible as it did not lock when it was pushed from base. It was a total waste of my money.

Useless adapter

It worked for 4 days of the trip then broke. Waste of money. I was super excited to have found a universal travel adapter, but this one isn’t it. Save your money.

No Bueno in West Africa

It was the wrong product for my needs

I think it would work for someone else, but it happened not to work for us. I am not blaming anyone. I would recommend Best Buy but advise them to be careful about the requirements for their needs.
