The worse customer satisfaction

The first was a series 5 watch which was lost In transit. The second was a printer for curbside pickup. The date for pickup was cancelled and I’m still waiting for it 4 days later. Best Buy does not live up to its word or promise. She was disappointed twice at a time in her life she should have been happy. Best Buy offered no form of compensation or deduction in price for their lack of satisfaction.
