Nice looking band doesn't latch well

Only one size?

It comes with a tool to make it smaller, but it wouldn't go small enough for my wrist. It would have fit more like a bracelet and would be unable to feel my pulse.

The negative is that when you bend your wrist, the latch pops open and your watch falls loose and locks. I’ve attempted adding and subtracting links, but the problem persists.
