The rods that hold the links start coming out and snag clothes. You have to constantly make sure its pushed back in. I’ve used the tool that comes with the band to push in the rod and that still doesn’t fix the issue. It isn’t worth the price which is disappointing because it is a nice band and for the price I’d expect more.

I called customer service and they offered a replacement but I had to drive an hour each way to the store to get another one that would probably do the same thing so we just kept it. Definitely not worth the money.

Excited to have a real watchband for my Apple Watch instead of the rubber ones. The watchband was supposed to include a tool for removing some links and some extra pins. Nope, nothing. Very disappointed. I purchased with reward points, so Best Buy will not refund my points to use on a different purchase.
