It keeps disconnecting to my watch. Yes all the updates are done to both the watch and my iPhone 12. If I pay this much money then I expect it to work like it should. Too late to get my money back! Dont buy it, get the cellular one if you have to have one!

But the tool to remove the links is a dud. The pin in the tool broke. Unfortunately I could not insert a replacement pin.

The finish wears off very quickly with normal use. Secondly, but most critical, the band came disconnected from the watch by moving my arm. Unfortunately, my watch fell to the ground and I now have a scratch on the case. Poor design if this can occur. I want the manufacturer to cover my watch damage.

So if you bend your wrist enough to put a little pressure on it, which I did constantly, the band pops open. The Apple version they are copying doesn't have the release buttons sticking out beyond the edge of the band, so it would probably be fine.
