The links weren’t easy to adjust at all, and the little rods that supposedly secured them were easily bent and nearly impossible to get in and out.

You basically have to work on the band for a good half an hour to get it to your size. And even if you are able to, it’s almost impossible to release the band to take off. The price is fair, but the product is horrible.
