BUT the tool that comes with the band to remove links is flimsy. While removing a link the tool snapped. Now I have to take the watch to remove a link from the opposite side.

It looked nice, and I was looking for a band that would look more professional for work. Unfortunately, adjustment was difficult. Several pins did not release well, and the tool to remove the pins was cheaply made. It comes with two spare pin tools, which is good, but should be a warning as I bent two up just trying to remove one pin. I ended up returning this item as I had no confidence in its construction.
