If I happen to be somewhere by myself and fall and can’t get up, I can get Siri to call for help. I also have my medicines recorded. I also set reminders every day of things I need to do. The watch also records how much I exercise and prompts me to get up and move more. I had an app on my IPhone that recorded my walking but I didn’t have it with me all the time so it was only recording about a third of my walking. I can answer the phone with this watch and check text messages and email. It also has gps help. I also use the timer a great deal. I love this watch.

The magnetic strap is comfortable and I haven’t had any issues yet with the strap coming loose while wearing.
