I needed something to Monitor my heart rate and to check for Arrhythmias due to a heart condition. Works amazingly well and is super accurate. Highly reccomend.

Sometimes I feel finding certain programs and starting and stopping them are inconsistent, but that may just be me. It lets me know every half and on the hour and does a reasonable job monitoring my workout although sometimes I don't think it give me all the credit on my recumbent bike. I like the interchangeable watch bands, but like anything thing else Apple, they are pricy.
