It adjusts to any size so you can wear it as loose or as tight as you like. The magnetic clasp has a strong hold and stays secure. It's not as sweaty as the traditional rubber watch band that the Apple watch comes with AND looks a tad bit more dressy too. Very happy with my purchase.

Something as simple as getting little reminders to be more active, or checking a message on my wrist without reaching for the phone are definitely quality of life improvements. The prices are a bit high for these, but if you can find a good open box deal I'd highly recommend it!
