Good, but not good for us...

But the band was way to long for my wife's wrist. Because it couldn't be tightened anymore, it slid around her wrist and pulled the hairs on her arm. It also pulled fibers from her sweaters. She wanted to love it, but it wasn't practical for her use.

Worth the buy

The magnet does slide a little so you might have to adjust every now and then, but other than that it is worth the buy.
