With this band at first it is a little difficult to put the watch on your wrist. But once you develop a routine it's not so difficult. I've had similar bands in the past but was disappointed because when I put my hand in my pocket, the magnet would disengage. This band has a much stronger magnet, so that is no longer a problem. Highly recommend it.
