That did not surprise me at all considering how cheaply made the tool was. The band looked nice, however felt cheap and didn't fit my wrist very well.

Great watch, bad watch accessory.

Too difficult to adjust size

Maybe it's just me, I found the adjustment to be too clumsy and difficult. You could take it to a jeweler or somewhere to do it for you.
