Beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The band was nice enough at $15.99. The instructions list 3 pins and a pin removal tool. There was only 1 in my box. i called platinum to arrange shipment of the 2 missing pins. They said go to the store and exchange item. I went to the store and the boxes in the store also only had 1 pin. You will need more than 1. i asked if they were going to leave the bands that were missing pins on the shelf, the clerk replied yes they only remove the item if platinum tells them to.

Poor quality

I've had it for 2 weeks and took a slight fall on carpet and the clasp broke where it connects to the closing mechanism. Pin holding this together flew out and was subsequently lost. Would not recommend or buy again.

Was Hoping for Better

I agree that it feels nice and looks good, but it's missing the adjustment tools! I can't adjust the links myself because I don't have the right tools. We opened 4 different packages at the store and none of them have the adjustment tools. I called the 1-800 number on the back of the packaging for customer support only to find out that they can't help me. They wouldn't ship me the tool, nor offer any other solutions. They just said, "tell Best Buy that they need to send these back because they're supposed to have the tools." You're kidding me right? Maybe I was the unlucky one and this particular store got a bad batch. I guess I have to look elsewhere for a new band now.

Potentially a great deal

No instructions on or in the package - had to go online to BestBuy since this is one of their own brands and that's where they mention the required tool. The band looks nice but am not thrilled about having to make a second trip to exchange it.

This band has no adjustability for size

I called customer service and they told me there is zero adjustment so I unless your wrist is the perfect size do not order .
