Size still too big

She has a small wrist and even the 38 was is too small? Try to take the links out with the device that came with the watch. It was hard getting the pin to work. I didn’t want to damage watch so we returned it. Best Buy was great about that.

Needs to hold charge longer

I would say the downfall or the con of this one is that the charge does not last all day.☹️Constantly having to put it on the charger every day
