When I received it today the link tool was missing so I'm not able to adjust the band so it fits me. Tried contacting Best Buy but got no reply. Very disappointed in my "open box excellent" purchase.

So it doesn’t fit. I’m already a big guy but normal watches with bands similar to things have always fit and I usually need to remove links, but this one is just way too small. And I have the largest watch face to boot.
