Took the watch to the Apple store for a repair and they broke it, then claimed it wasn’t their responsibility. Thanks, Apple. You guys manage to hire human trashbags pretty consistently to manage your Richmond store. To be clear, the manner in which it was broken had nothing to do with the quality of the band.

Nice looking band...

I wear my watch close to my hand and whenever I move my wrist a certain way it releases. Best Buy needs to do a better job at going through these as well. It was a pain in the butt to find one that wasn’t opened and tampered with. Broken clasps, missing pieces....

The big drawback I have is the closing latches pop open quite a bit. This part of the band needs to be reengineered. I’ve only had for about a month and find myself having to close it at least twice a day once fully latched.
